Healthcare works better when spaces are shared.
RoomaMD was built on a simple observation: Toronto has thousands of exam rooms, therapy suites, and procedure spaces sitting empty for hours every day — while independent practitioners are priced out of the city or forced into inflexible multi-year leases.
We built the platform we wished existed when we were practitioners ourselves. One that treats verification, insurance, and compliance not as an afterthought but as the core product. One where you can book a therapy room on a Tuesday with the same confidence you book a flight.
Today, RoomaMD operates in Toronto with plans to expand across Ontario and eventually Canada-wide. Every dollar of GMV through our platform represents a practitioner who could afford to open their practice, and a host whose underutilized space is now productive.

Leadership
Emergency physician turned entrepreneur. Reza practiced for 12 years before experiencing the fragmented state of medical subletting firsthand. He founded RoomaMD to bring the same trust standards he expected in clinical care to the commercial real estate layer of healthcare.
Former healthcare administrator at two major Toronto hospital networks. Priya led facility operations and saw how under-utilized exam rooms and procedure suites represented millions of dollars in wasted capacity. She built RoomaMD's verification and trust framework from the ground up.
Previously VP Engineering at a Toronto-based health tech startup that scaled to 200,000 providers. Marcus architected RoomaMD's privacy-first platform, ensuring every data flow complies with PIPEDA and PHIPA while remaining seamless for practitioners and hosts.
